Natural muscovite and phlogopite mica sheets for high-temperature electrical insulation
Mica sheets provide exceptional thermal and electrical insulation derived from natural mineral sources. Available in muscovite (natural) and phlogopite grades, mica withstands extreme temperatures while maintaining excellent dielectric performance.
The unique layered crystal structure of mica allows it to be split into thin, smooth sheets. Muscovite mica offers superior electrical insulation and is used in standard high-temperature applications. Phlogopite mica is preferred where extremely high temperatures are encountered, tolerating up to 600°C.
Mica sheets are irreplaceable in high-temperature electrical applications where organic and polymeric insulation materials would decompose or degrade.
