High-strength G10/G11 fiberglass epoxy laminates for demanding electrical and structural applications
G10 and G11 epoxy sheets provide higher mechanical strength than standard FR4, making them ideal for applications requiring maximum structural integrity. Manufactured using continuous filament fiberglass reinforcement and high-grade epoxy resin, these laminates deliver superior impact resistance and dimensional stability.
G10 is the standard high-strength variant suitable for structural and electrical insulation applications. G11 offers improved performance at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for applications where thermal endurance is critical.
Both grades maintain their properties across wide temperature ranges and resist moisture absorption effectively. They are used where standard FR4 grade does not meet the mechanical or thermal requirements of the application.
