High-strength nylon engineering plastic sheets and rods for mechanical and insulation applications
Nylon sheets and rods (Polyamide – PA6 / PA66) are versatile engineering thermoplastics combining good mechanical strength, moderate chemical resistance, and reasonable electrical insulation properties. They are widely used for mechanical components in electrical and industrial equipment.
Nylon has good abrasion resistance and toughness. Rods are used for machining custom bushings, spacers, gears, and structural components. Sheets are used for insulation panels, wear plates, and structural components.
Available in natural (ivory), black, and glass-filled grades for enhanced stiffness and strength.
